Supports fellowships for students pursuing graduate degrees in the area of psychiatric nursing at the College of Nursing; if and when the fund reaches $600,000, the Dean of the College of Nursing, in his or her sole discretion, will have the option to use the endowment for fellowships or as a professorship.
