full-time students in any academic discipline interested in a commission in the U.S. Army; must be a U.S. citizen age 17 to 30, merit (GPA 2.5 or above), and leadership potential; qualified college seniors pursuing a master’s degree or a Juris Doctorate.

two- and three-year scholarships offer full tuition or room and board, lab fees, $600 per semester for books, up to $500 per month spending allowance
