Hartford Technology Rental Co. IT Scholarship


Purpose: To pride financial assistance to student at the Junior and Senior level who are concentrating in the study of Information Technology

Number of Recipients: Two $1,000 scholarships will be given each year (May 15th and December 15th).

Eligibility: Consideration for this award will be given to a full time, undergraduate Junior or Senior level students from all economic backgrounds. Further consideration for this scholarship will be based on the following criteria: the recipient must be a resident of the United States; must provide verification of full-time attendance at a US not-for-profit university; must be attending college on a full time basis; and must have maintained a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4 scale (4 on a 5 scale).

Applicants must be U.S. citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens at or near the beginning of research-based graduate studies in chemistry, computer and information science and engineering, engineering, geosciences, life sciences, mathematical sciences, physics and astronomy, psychology, and social sciences. Applications are available in early August, and due in early November.
