    Veteran's Aid

Veterans who are enrolled students can work up to twenty-five hours per week tax-free through VA Work-Study. Veterans also are entitled to Tutorial Assistance benefits, through which they are reimbursed for tutorial expenses. Questions on VA benefits and any other educational benefits should be addressed to the VA Coordinator in the UF Registrar's Office in Criser Hall.

    VA Work Study Program

Are you tired of not having enough money at the end of the semester? Are student loans and your GI Bill just not cutting it? VA Work-Study provides part-time employment at the University of Florida for veterans enrolled at UF. Veterans enrolled for at least six credit hours per semester can work up to 25 hours a week making minimum wage tax-free.

    Tutorial Assistance Program

Are you having trouble with your classes but can't afford a tutor? Veterans are entitled to tutorial assistance and may have such costs reimbursed through the VA Tutorial Assistance Program.

For information about these VA benefits or any other educational benefits, please direct nquiries to the UF Registrar's Office.
