Applications for the following scholarships and loans are available through the College of Nursing in the Office for Academic and Student Affairs. Most applicants must have completed the equivalent of two semesters of full-time study in College of Nursing courses.
UF Endowed Scholarships and Fellowships
The following endowed scholarships and fellowships are administered by the UF Foundation. For information, check with the departmental contact person or the Foundation Web site.
- Scholarship Fund
Eligibility: undergraduate and graduate nursing students.
Value: $500; recognition at Spring Commencement - Bayard and Arthur Fawcett Scholarship Fund for Nursing Excellence
Eligibility: undergraduate nursing majors and graduate students demonstrating good standing in nursing courses; preference to suitable candidates from Charlotte County, Florida, or if none, candidates from other areas in Florida; award is renewable with superior performance and a 3.38 GPA or higher.

Eligibility: undergraduate and graduate nursing students pursuing additional nursing degrees; preference to those enrolled in the RN and BSN educational track; given at the discretion of the college.

Eligibility: undergraduate and graduate students who demonstrate academic superiority and an interest and commitment pediatric intensive care nursing.
