    Who Is My Adviser?

Student Financial Affairs (SFA) Adviser Teams provide personal financial aid counseling for students and prospective students and their families. Each of our three teams are composed of two or more financial aid counselors. Aid applicants are assigned to a team based on the last two digits of his or her University ID.

For your protection and confidentiality, advisers are unable to answer specific questions regarding your financial aid status via email. Email is for general inquiries only.

Under Florida law, email addresses are public records. If you do not want your email address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to the University. Instead, contact the specific office or individual by phone or in writing.
