Gator Aid Application Guides are available at Florida high schools and community colleges. These contain complete information on applying for aid, aid programs, and University of Florida financial aid policies. If you attend a Florida high school, you can obtain a Gator Aid Application Guide AND a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the appropriate academic year from your guidance office. Gator Aid Guides may also be obtained from community college financial aid offices.

How to Obtain a FAFSA
To apply for financial aid you will also need a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
You may apply electronically using "FAFSA on the Web" on the U. S. Department of Education Web site. Please see the site for details. You can obtain a paper FAFSA from the following locations (Note: the processing time for paper FAFSAs is substantially longer than for electronic FAFSAs)
To request a Gator Aid Application Guide by mail, complete this online request form and we will mail you one within twelve days. Be sure to select the correct academic year for which you will be applying for financial aid.
