If Federal Work-Study is part of your financial aid for fall semester, you must print a UF Work Permit.

For FWS students, the work permit indicates the number of hours they are authorized to work for the academic year. Students who plan to work through FWS should print a copy of their UF Work Permit. Students seeking jobs should take the Work Permit with them to job interviews. Students already employed at UF should take the Work Permit to their employer. To print a UF Work Permit, go to UF’s ISIS Web page. Click on Financial Aid 2009-10, and then Awards and Disbursements.

OPS jobs do not require a Work Permit. Students can provide the hiring department a copy of their semester schedules, which are also available on ISIS. Go to "Registration," then "My Schedule," then Select Term, and then "Print Schedule."

Please note that students must be enrolled at least half time to work on campus. For assistance with any issue related to work permits or student employment, visit the Student Employment dest in S-107 Criser Hall, or call (352) 392-0296.

Student employment job lists are available online and are posted outside S-107 Criser Hall in the Criser courtyard and at other campus locations.
