If you qualify for aid you will receive an Electronic Notification of Financial Aid Award from SFA sent to your Gatorlink Account. If you apply by the "on-time" deadline, you should receive this in the late spring or early summer. Please print award letter for your records.

  1. Accept: If you are accepting your award "as is," retain your award letter for your records.

  2. Refuse or Reduce: Go to the Awards & Disbursement link located in ISIS. You can then reduce or refuse any loan or work study.

  3. To appeal your aid award, contact your adviser in S-107 Criser Hall as soon as possible.

  4. For summer aid in addition to fall and spring, contact your adviser before March 1.

  5. If you have or will receive other aid from an organization other than SFA (tuition fee waivers, fellowships, private or state scholarships, etc.), List the type and amount of the aid on the enclosed Additional Aid Form and return it to us immediately.
